Returns and Refund Policy
This return and refund policy covers products that are labeled with our brand “Blikzone®”. Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase, whether online or in a store. After 30 days, if your product is covered under a warranty, you may have additional options. Please see the warranty section for your product, included in the instructions manual.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Products with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
PURCHASE THROUGH ONLINE STORE
If you purchased your product through an online store, you will need to return your product through that online store. Direct returns to the manufacturer are not accepted. You will need to work directly with the seller of your product to arrange for a return and refund of your purchase price. Returns and refunds will be subject to the policies of the online store where you made your purchase. You are responsible for any return shipping fees.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you need to return your product by mail, you are responsible for the shipping and insurance fees. These fees are not reimbursable. Blikzone® needs to receive your product back in the original packaging and within 14 days of providing you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Products returns without an RMA number will not be accepted, no refunds will be provided and the product will not be return shipped to you.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND PROCEDURE – AUTHORIZED ONLINE STORES
- Contact the seller of your product using the return tools of your online store.
- The online store will handle the return, exchange and refund for you, and will work directly with your seller.
- Do not contact Blikzone® directly on our website; you will need to work directly with your seller.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND PROCEDURE – OUR ONLINE STORE AND TRADE STORE
- Contact us using the “Contact Us” section of our website.
- Provide us the Order ID, purchase location, purchase date, product name and a description of any pre-existing product damage. If possible, send us a photo of your product. You can also email this information to us at email@example.com.
- We will reply back to you if your return is authorized. If authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Upon receipt of the RMA number, you have 14 days to return your product to the return shipping address provided. You are responsible for the return box, tracking number and insurance. Returns must be in the original container and in re-sellable condition. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
- We will inspect the returned item for validation if it is a Blikzone® product, no damage has occurred and the product is in re-sellable condition.
- We will email the results of the inspection within 5 business days of receipt of the product. All decisions are final.
- If the return is approved by Blikzone®, the refund will be provided within 14 business days.
- We can opt to exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will send a comparable replacement of equal or higher quality.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS POLICY
If after 14 business days you haven’t received an approved refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
In the event you file a Chargeback against Blikzone® accidentally or otherwise and the Chargeback is not decided in your favor – you will be charged a $100.00 Chargeback filing fee as well as a $75.00 processing fee. It is strongly encouraged that you contact our Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) to assist you with any billing concerns before considering filing a Dispute or Chargeback with your bank or Credit Card Company.

90 Day Limited Warranty
This Limited 90 Day Warranty applies to Blikzone® (“Provider”, “We”) products as appropriate.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Blikzone® makes every effort to assure that its products the meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials in your product and its parts. This limited warranty applies to customer home use only, and is null and void if the product is used in a commercial, institutional or organizational setting.
This limited warranty starts from the date of purchase and is in effect for 90 days. Any claims must be initiated within 5 days after the end of the warranty period. For example, if the warranty period ends February 10, 2014, the original buyer has until February 15, 2014 to initiate a claim.
Who is Covered Under this Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is for the original customer purchaser only. It is not transferable and proof of purchase must be verified. Customers must purchase through authorized sellers (Amazon.com®). Purchases or acquisitions made through non-authorized sellers have no claims under this limited warranty, and this limited warranty is null and void. Original purchase must be made from us or an Authorized Seller of our products.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance or any act of nature (examples such as: hurricane, tornado, flood). Scratches, stains, pitting, discoloration, deterioration, minor imperfections, shipping damage, fraying, use with sharp objects, warping or damage from overheating are not covered by this limited warranty. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this limited warranty.
What Provider Will Do
At Provider’s option, Blikzone® will replace the product if it proves to be defective in materials or workmanship with a new piece of product of similar composition, original price and size, or refund the full purchase price of the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Limitation on Damages and Duration of Implied Warranties
Blikzone® will replace or refund this product as provided under this limited warranty. This shall be the only remedy of the customer. Blikzone®, or our Providers shall not be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, any loss or damages, including consequential, indirect, contingent, special and incidental damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product or for breach of any express or implied limited warranty or condition on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by law, any implied warranties or conditions or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty.
This warrant y is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness.
How To Get Service
Use the Contact Us page of this website to Contact Provider regarding a limited warranty claim. Instructions will be email to you regarding the inspection and return of your item. Please track and insure your shipment properly. Keep your product; you may be asked to return it for a limited warranty inspection. Provider is not responsible for products shipped directly to us that Provider does not receive.
If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
State Law Application
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limited warranty limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Extended Warranty Limitation
Products that were given away or at a substantial discount (final price under $3.50) for the purposes of an unbiased product review are not eligible for an extended warranty. Your standard warranty still applies. Only products that were purchased through Amazon.com and by an Authorized Seller (e.g. www.Blikzone.com) can be eligible for an extended warranty, if we authorize it.
